Financial obligations: 

• Trusted Touch Med Spa Membership valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of enrollment with initial payment. All membership fees are non-refundable.

• Monthly membership fees are payable by credit card only. Members must supply Trusted Touch with a credit card to place on file for automatic payments. Yearly renewal will be charged to the credit card on file. Should a credit card payment be declined, member will be notified and asked to supply an alternate credit card for payment. All benefits will be terminated until the account is brought back in to good standing. After the account is delinquent for more than 30 days, members will lose their membership.

Cancellation of membership prior to 1 full year of enrollment (365 days) will negate all discounts received. You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, prior to one year of membership you will be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 1 year. 

Terms of Agreement

• Benefits are non-transferable and available to the enrolled Trusted Touch Member only. Benefits cannot be extended to anyone else, including family and household members.

• In the event that the Member moves outside of a 50-mile radius of Trusted Touch Med-Spa, membership may be cancelled with written notice. Request for cancellation must be submitted via signed letter to Trusted Touch’s Office Manager and must include proof of new address.

• Members will adhere to all Trusted Touch Med-Spa facility rules, regulations and standards of conduct. Trusted Touch Med-Spa reserves the right to change fees, rules and regulation as well as terminate membership at its sole discretion.

• Discounts not valid on: Medical Equipment, Gift Certificates, insurance reimbursable services, discontinued items, prescriptions, special orders, or items purchased as part of Trusted Touch’s charitable giving.

Members are permitted to have one scheduled appointment at a time. Laser treatment is performed on a first come, first serve basis depending on office hours and staffing. Each scheduled laser appointment is for one body part. Members can receive other treatment benefits available with membership on an as recommended or desired basis.
